Signs of progressive cervical cancer
Cervical cancer can spread
(metastasize) within the pelvis, to the lymph nodes, or form tumors in
other parts of the body. Signs of advanced cervical cancer include:
Weightloss
Fatigue
Back pain
Pain or swelling in the legs
Leakage of urine or feces from the vagina.
Bone fractures
unusual bleeding or discharge
If cancer spreads from the cervix to surrounding tissues and organs, it can cause a number of other symptoms, including:
- pain in the lower back or pelvis
- severe pain in the side or back caused by the kidneys
- constipation
- urinate or urinate more often than usual
- loss of bladder control (urinary incontinence) or loss of bowel control (intestinal incontinence)
- blood in your urine
- swelling of one or both legs
- severe vaginal bleeding
